Macronutrients/fat

Here are 2 pictures from today. I was sad that I did not lose any weight today, I think that I lost an initial 2 lbs yesterday. With as little calories as I am taking in and the kind of products that I am eating (high fiber, high nutrients, low fat, low sugar) I would expect to lose more weight by now. Maybe I am not taking in enough........
