Day 7 Still Losing :)

This was my breakfast this morning. Boca sausage patties, grapes and honey dew melon. It was fantastic!!! I have lost 7.2 lbs in 7 days!!! I am so psyched about this food plan!!! Simply because it works!!!


With the football championships on t.v. and competitive nature of most Americans, I can honestly say that I am glad to be losing ..... Weight that is :)

My son is seriously considering joining the armed forces after he graduates this year. He will have @ 6wks of boot camp to finish before he can begin any training. I think this is food boot camp and that I need to train my body to continue to eat well so that when I finish I will continue with these healthy choices.

I actually lost 1 1/2 pounds since yesterday. That is a total of 4.5 lbs this week wohooo!!!!!

It's Day 2 and I have not given up!!! Only 40 more days to go!! Caffiene is a pain right now and I did have to backtrack and reduce my caffiene in order to wean myself off of it without headaches. Actually surprised that I am not hungry between meals. Big Plus!!!!

Today is day one of major changes in how I eat!!! I had a fruit smoothie this morning, it was ok. This is going to be a hard journey!!!!!!
