As of yesterday, I had 14 days to go and my weight was down 14lbs!! Two weeks left of six and I had doubts that I would get this far!! I think this has been training for real life eating. Ups and downs, steps forward and back and forward again. Moving onward!!!!!!!
19 days to go and I am stumped!! I cheated for lunch yesterday and dinner and breakfast today!! A whole day of unhealthy food with some fruits and vegetables mixed in there. I do not feel good after eating these things but I always think that I will before I eat them!!!!
Twenty-0ne days yesterday and down 13 lbs!!! Yeah! I am liking these changes!!! Only 3 more weeks and the initial period is over!!!
I am down 8.5-9.0 lbs and am very pleased!!! hope to post a video tonight!!! My favorite snack is edamame (salted soybeans) and lots of fruit!!
If I am looking pleased with myself... I am!!! 7lb loss!!! It's so nice to be back on the macronutrient food plan!!! I am looking forward to new recipes and choices.... ONWARD!!!!
So today is a big cheat day. Interestingly enough, I have learned that I cannot eat really greasy foods without feeling ill. I had takeout breakfast this morning and spent most of it nauseous. I am glad all the fruits and vegetables have changed how my body responds to fats
Today was another gaining day but we are talking less than a pound. 8/10 of a lb to be exact. I think that it is one of two things: salt or not enough intake of green vegetables. In my desire to incorporate protein sources, I have also added more salt. Looking at my face and how my clothes fit, it doesn't appear to be a food plan that isn't working!!!!........ hmmmm......
