As of yesterday, I had 14 days to go and my weight was down 14lbs!! Two weeks left of six and I had doubts that I would get this far!! I think this has been training for real life eating. Ups and downs, steps forward and back and forward again. Moving onward!!!!!!!

Day Who can Remember-Day Stuck
So today is a big cheat day. Interestingly enough, I have learned that I cannot eat really greasy foods without feeling ill. I had takeout breakfast this morning and spent most of it nauseous. I am glad all the fruits and vegetables have changed how my body responds to fats!! So tomorrow it's back to fruits and vegetables and onward. I am still down 5 lbs and hoping to increase that number.

Contemplation on Day 9
Today was another gaining day but we are talking less than a pound. 8/10 of a lb to be exact. I think that it is one of two things: salt or not enough intake of green vegetables. In my desire to incorporate protein sources, I have also added more salt. Looking at my face and how my clothes fit, it doesn't appear to be a food plan that isn't working!!!!........ hmmmm......
